As of 2023, the Society for the History of the Humanities contains a separate Board of Events (BoE). The BoE will organize the Making of the Humanities conferences and various satellite events on the history of the humanities. The BoE currently consists of:
Isak Hammar (Lund University, Chair)
Eric Hayot (Penn State)
Judith Kaplan (Science History Institute)
Camilla de Simone (University of Chieti)
Floris Solleveld (KU Leuven)
Membership of the BoE will rotate every 2-3 years.
